We are Systems Integrators that Design new
systems, upgrade and modify
existing and antiquated systems, repair non functioning equipment and
train maintenance staff on how to support, troubleshoot, repair and maintain
automation equipment.
Specific to robotics, we have designed and implemented several automated
parts loading, dispensing, test and inspection systems with multi-axis
robot
arms incorporating vision systems and ultrasonic detectors.
Our main services is based on PLC controls for manufacturing and process.
After an item is fabricated, and inspected, we usually store the
production
and inspection data in a database for future recovery and analysis.
